The (surprise) guest appearance of Lee MacDonald (Zammo of Grange Hill fame)who unbeknowest to the band is a big Bamboojuice fan kick started the proceedings as he introduced the band onto the stage! The individual members bring their own distinct flavours to the musical table; drawing from Classical, Heavy metal, Acoustic, Blues and Rock influences melding together to produce a sound that is grungy but also soulfully melodic. The choruses have hooks designed to pull the ears in, while the beat and bass-lines throb away to give off a danceable vibe. Bamboojuice raised (with the help of their fans) £225 pounds from their OXJAM gig..doesnt sound like much but it most certainly will go towards helping the important cause of ending poverty!
